Returns and Refunds Policy

We believe that you will enjoy every item you buy from Unique Gifts as we work with wonderful designers, creators, and craftspeople from Ireland and abroad. If for any reason, however, you wish to cancel or return your order we ask you to get back to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We ask you to inform us by email or a Contact Us Form before you send the item back to us as otherwise a refund will not be possible.

Please note:

• Returns are only apply to cancellable goods (ie. goods kept in stock), we cannot accept returns on any of our Fabricated Ireland lines as these are bespoke handcrafted products made to order.
• To be eligible for a refund, please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging and with garment tags still attached where applicable.
• Also, please note, if you availed of our Free shipping Over €150 when placing your order – when you return the order/part order, the shipping cost will come out of your refund amount.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• We will only make a refund to the original credit card or debit card account used by you to make the online purchase. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
• It is advisable for you to obtain proof of postage or use a trackable and insured method as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged item(s) in transit.
• Breakages: Please ensure that you open your order upon arrival and check for breakages. We need to be informed of any issues within 24 hours of you receiving your order.
• If for any reason, you refuse the delivery of your order or you are not available to accept your order and your order is returned to us, then any cost that we incur due to that return will be deducted from your refund.
• We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our Site and to ensure that the colours on screen are as close as possible to the colours of the actual product. However, all products are made by hand so colours may vary. Accordingly, we cannot accept the return of any product because it does not match the shade you were expecting.
